Refund policy

All sales are final at Lavish Links. Once the order placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

We don’t offer Returns/Refund Or Exchange.

 

Once the order is placed we are unable to make any style or address change.

 

In case your parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 24hrs, after that we won’t be able to escalate the issue to the shipping partner.

 

If you have received a wrong/defective item, please send us pictures within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will provide an exchange. Make sure all tags are intact.
